Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us first at luckytoylab@gmail.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Items sent back to us without prior notification and approval will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at luckytoylab@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item following the process above. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
